Homopolar Motor Workshop
Homopolar Motor: Build a homopolar motor using a battery, magnets and some conductive wire! This workshops introduces electromagnetism. (30 minutes).
Magnet Train: Learn about magnetism, conductivity and electro-magnetism while making your very own magnet train (30 minutes).
We will meet at the National Electronics museum for two, 30 min. workshops.
Recommended for 3rd grade and up
Price: $10 which includes both workshops. Paid in cash to the museum on the day of the workshop.
