Registration Procedure

1. Read the Statement of Faith and the FCHE Purpose.

2. Fill out the registration form.

3. Sign the Waiver of Liability form.

4. Turn in the registration form with payment of $25 (cash or checks to FCHE) to Beth Gran.

5. If you have been a member for at least one year, then see the Activity Director to sign up for a service to provide to the group. (New members are exempt from this requirement.)

6. Once you have registered you may then sign up for field trips and other FCHE activities. You may also then sign on to our website.
