HIS Co-Op Payment Instructions & Fees

HIS Co-Op Class Fees are for the entire school year.
HIS Co-Op does not prorate class fees.
HIS Co-Op payments are non-refundable.

HIS Co-Op Family Facility & Support Fee is $100 per family ($50 "First-Half" is collected at enrollment and $50 "Second-Half" is due in September, or $100 collected at time of registration if past September) and covers all facility obligations. Facility Fee is $100 PER YEAR PER FAMILY and will be invoiced to you through www.lcheok.org.  

Participants are encouraged to pay through the website.  A link to PayPal should be available by clicking on your Outstanding Balance in the upper right corner when you are logged in. Checks may be mailed to: PO BOX 361, Guthrie, OK 73044 (please notify leadership at info@lcheok.org if this is your payment method). 

All class fees must be paid in full (unless other arrangements were made prior to registering) for registration to be complete by August 15th.

First-Half of Facility & Support Fee will be billed in June and must be paid by August 15th.  

Second-Half of Facility & Support Fee will be billed in June and must be paid by September 30th.

Joining during the year? Your balance must be paid in full prior to attending your first class.
