WHO WE ARE: CHEER is a Christ-centered, family-oriented, homeschool organization that desires to help, support, and encourage homeschool families in the Tulsa and surrounding areas.   

OUR GOAL: Is to biblically encourage each other and to provide tools to help each family achieve excellence in their homeschool.  We also desire to cultivate an atmosphere of Christ-like relationship building and ignite and equip members with Godly resources to help them be successful in their homeschool.  

WE OFFER:

  • Monthly encouragement, resources, fellowship, or training during our Ladies Meeting or our Ladies Fellowships. 

  • Age Appropriate field trips, activities, community service projects, and fellowship opportunities for our students.  

  • Co-op classes for Pre-K through 12th grade for qualifying members. 

  • Graduation and support for qualifying members with senior students.

- ATTEND TWO MEETINGS: Which could include: A Ladies Meeting, Ladies Fellowship, Mom's Night Out Event, or a Student Activity.  This allows families the opportunity to meet prior to joining. *For Student Activities:  We want to give families the ability to meet CHEER families in a casual setting, where parents will stay, and their children can interact in an event and make connections.  During summer months please "Contact" us for summer details, or check our event calendar.

- ATTEND A VISITOR 101 ORIENTATION: Occurs before each Ladies Meeting/Fellowship at 6:30PM.  During summer months, orientation will be given by a Steering leader over the phone or face to face.  

- READ OUR PARENT HANDBOOK: And agree with the "Statement of Faith. After joining you will have acces to sign a Release of Liability form. 

- SERVE ON A TEAM WITHIN OUR GROUP: It takes everyone doing their part to have an effective organization! You will be able to choose a team when you request membership. 

- REQUEST MEMBERSHIP: Click on " JOIN NOW " and complete the application. You will be sent a notification when your request has been approved.

- MAKE MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT: After your application has been approved, you will be sent a Membership Dues invoice on our website (top right after you log in). Pay the membership fee of $45.00 (or a prorated fee if you join during the school year). Payments are made through the secure PayPal service. (In-person payment by check is an alternative option if preferred.)
