DASCH Membership Disclaimer


  1. I understand that DASCH does not provide a drop-off service for my child/children, and that I am expected to attend activities with my children to ensure his/her/their safety and proper behavior.
     
  2. I accept full responsibility for my own child/children as (s)he/they participate in DASCH activities.  This responsibility includes all medical bills and other expenses that may be incurred from any injury to my child/children.  I do not hold responsible any of the officers, members, organizers, leaders or hosts of DASCH.
     
  3. I understand that renewal of my application for future membership in DASCH will be based on my fulfillment of DASCH requirement to "help sponsor, plan and organize at least one extra-curricular activity per year."
