Family Registration



We are excited that you have decided to join the LCHA family! It is always exciting for us to welcome new families into our community.  We look forward to partnering with you as your child(ren) learn, grow and and have fun within our LCHA community. We look forward to getting to know you better.


Use the drop down menus under “Family Registration” to complete the following steps:       

  1. New Members, select "Request New Membership", and introduce yourself!  Returning Members, select "Renew Existing Membership" and update your information.
  2. Pay Co-op Registration Fees via PayPal.
  3. Read the LCHA Handbook (Parent signature required)
  4. Fill out all Required Forms:
    1. Background check
    2. Photo/Video release 
    3. Tution Payment Policy
    4. Handbook Acknowledgment
    5. Treatment/liability - PRINT THIS ONE OUT, notarize it, and BRING IT to Open House (preferable) or turn in on the first day of classes.
    6. Choose your fun Volunteer Job!  (or pay the Buyout Fee)

Please Note**** You will NOT be able to register for classes until all registration requirements are met.  You will receive an email when the registration has been open to you. 

Please allow up to 48 hours for your registration to be fully processed once you have completed all required documentation. Registration review and approval is a manual process. We appreciate your patience as we review and confirm all documentation is in order.
