CHOOSE CT is a private Christian homeschool support group with twenty years of experience and a fresh new focus! Established around 1990 and revisioned for 2011-2012, we are looking for energetic homeschool families willing to be part of a vibrant community where both they and their educational efforts can grow and thrive through shared experiences. Our hope is that through regular opportunities to make connections, relationships between area homeschoolers will be nurtured and strengthened.
Operated by homeschool parents willing to volunteer their time and talents, our group welcomes all homeschool teaching methods and directs most activities to children in grades K-12. Our calendar is planned out twice a year, Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer. The majority of our gatherings are for members only. However, Together on Tuesdays, our Back to Homeschooling Picnic, the Colonial Williamsburg Electronic Field Trips, Homeschool Information Nights, and the occasional Legislative Update Evening are open to any area home educator.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership in CHOOSE CT is open to families who are 1) homeschooling at least one child during the September-June membership period, 2) intending to actively and regularly participate in group activities during the school year, and 3) in agreement with our Statement of Faith. We also charge a $6.00 website fee.

She will make sure that a membership application is ready and waiting for you at the next Together on Tuesdays event. The CHOOSE CT Steering Committee regularly reviews submitted applications and invites new members to join.
