Let's have some SUMMER FUN...
during June, July and August we invite one family per month
(can be ANY EHG family)
to plan a SUMMER FUN EVENT!
Here is what you do...
1. Think of something that you would like to plan for the group...such as a trip the beach,
movies, swimming, museum, Florida State Park, or any other low cost or free trip. It is your trip so plan whatever it is that YOU want to do and would like to invite others to join you.
2. Send an e-mail to chellitorres@gmail.com with the
Subject labeled either June, July or August (Pick one)
This will be the month you plan your summer event,
also include all the details: date, time, place, cost, deadline to sign up, should bring a lunch
and any other details that are important to the event.
THAT'S IT!
Your event will be posted on the group calendar as a sign up, and an announcement will go out to all EHG members. When people register to attend the event you planned, an e-mail will be sent to you letting you know who will be attending.
