KINGDOM BUILDERS INFORMATIONAL LETTER
Kingdom Builders is a home school co-op in the south metro Twin Cities area of Minnesota, made up of Christian home school families. We meet the first and third Thursdays in the mornings during the school year. We offer classes for children in Kindergarten through 6th grade. Preschool and nursery classes are also available. Our meeting place is Oak Hills Lutheran Brethren Church at 90th and France Ave. in Bloomington. Our goal is to offer to home schooling families things which are difficult to offer our kids at home, as well as support for parents and a place to socialize with other home school families.
In the upcoming school year (2008-09), we will be offering classes in art, weather, and physical education including gymnastics and a worship banner class. We also offer many activities during the year such as: optional field trips twice a month, a science fair, spelling bee, oral presentations, art fair, geography bee, talent show, holiday parties, and track and field day. Many of our activities will pertain to our theme for the year, The Life and Journeys of Paul.
Our Mission Statement: Kingdom Builders home school co-op families work together to complement individual educational goals by offering group classes and activities in a nurturing, Christ-centered environment for the purposeof equipping and strengthening families to serve the Lord with a biblical world view in today's world.
