Highlights for the Upcoming 2009-10 School Year
Assembly Theme: Holidays and Holy Days- Discovering the Origins of our Celebrations
Classes: We are excited to bring in a experienced art educator for art class, a former Minnesota Gopher All-star for gym, a Creation Science teacher for science and even a music class!
Scholastic Opportunities: Science Fair, Spelling Bee, Oral Presentations, Geography Bee, Oral Challenges, Art Fair and more.
Field trips: Held on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays. Some of the scheduled places include: Diavolo at the Ordway, Twas the night before Christmas at Stages, an apple orchard, the Raptor Center and Physic's Force at the U of M.
Extra-Curricular Opportunities: After-lunch clubs (LEGO, beading, chess, etc.), Track and Field Day, holiday parties, yearbook party, social nights and more.
