Welcome to our new website!!!  Please bear with us as we get this up and running.  We are so excited to get our group connected this way!  Things are still under construction, but we are working hard.

NOTE: This is our public home page and only contains limited information.  To access our secure web pages you must first become a member of Coast Christian Home Educators Association (CCHEA).  If you are already a CCHEA member and this is your first time to access our web site, please go the the "Request Membership" Link to request website membership, and follow the directions.

We hope you will find useful information on our public pages, which you can access by clicking on the toolbar on the left.  To sign in and fully utilize this site, you must be a CCHEA member.  Please read how to join our group on the public page, CCHEA - How to Join.  Thank you for visiting our site, and we hope it will be a help to you!

Here is some basic information about our group:
Our group is a group of home schooling families scattered across the Mississippi Gulf Coast.  The purpose of CCHEA has been to promote Christ-based home education and fellowship among members.  We are committed to serving our members through planned coordinated social and educational activities and through collecting and sharing information relative to homeschooling.   We are considered a SUPPORT GROUP, not a co-op.  At times there are co-op classes available within our group, but that is not our primary focus. 

CCHEA membership is limited to home educators who acknowledge that our group is a Christian group and that all functions, activities, and publications of CCHEA are based on our Statement of Faith.  Please read our Statement of Faith by clicking on the toolbar on the left.

CCHEA also has a Code of Conduct which further acknowledges God's Word as our standard in training our children to be representatives of Christ in behavior and speech.  We require our members to read and acknowledge the Code of Conduct prior to being approved for membership.

If your reasons for home-educating conform with CCHEA's policies, then perhaps Coast Christian Home Educators Association is the home school support group for you!

NOTE: If you are a CCHEA member and this is the first time you've visited this site, please click on the prompt "Request Membership" in the box to the right.  You will be asked to supply some information for our records only.  This is also when you will be asked to set up your user name and password.  After completing this step, you will be notified by e-mail that you have been approved to log in.  In the future you will just type in your user name and password that you set up on this initial visit.
