How to Start Homeschooling

Basically, in Mississippi, there is only one legal requirement for homeschooling: submit a Certificate of Enrollment to your local Attendance Officer before September 15 each year. For more details, along with contact information for the Attendance Officers for nearby counties, please see the FAQ section at the very top of this page. If you need more information, well, that is what our group is all about!  Feel free to Contact SCHE or just call or email other members - for the most part, we've all had the same questions and are happy to share what we've found.
