We are a community of Homeschool Families located in Western North Carolina. HCHA is a non-profit, Christian organization that is led by a board of volunteers who work together with our members to plan activities and events for our homeschool co-op. 

Henderson County Homeschool Association (HCHA) is a cooperative support organization for homeschooling families which provides a wide range of benefits and opportunities for its members. HCHA membership is open to anyone, but as a Christian organization we embrace traditional Biblical values and viewpoints. Drawing from the gifts and talents of our member families, HCHA offers encouragement, academic and social activities, and resources to promote excellence and integrity in homeschooling.

Our association supports the efforts of and endorses membership in the state level support group, North Carolinians for Home Education (NCHE).
