Welcome to Oswego County LEAH!
Our Purpose: Oswego County LEAH (Loving Education at Home) exists to support homeschooling families and to promote homeschooling in the Oswego County area. Our members represent a diversity of traditions within the Christian faith, over 25 different denominations and non-denominational churches represented, who are united in their commitment to home education. Oswego County LEAH is a local chapter of the New York State Loving Education at Home (NYS LEAH).
Oswego County LEAH is comprised of more than 75 families who choose to educate their children at home. We offer:
- Monthly support group meetings
- Fall and Spring Co-op classes for all grades
- High School classes
- 4-H Clubs
- Annual picnic
- Curriculum & clothing swaps
- Bi-annual Homeschool Showcases
- Ski-Club
- Yearbook
- Newspaper "The Homeschool Gazette"
- Discounted membership in HSLDA
