Pricing
If you are delighted with your new web site and want to continue the service, Homeschool-Life.com charges an annual hosting fee of $6.50 per member. The setup fee of $179 is waived when 13 or more families join the service. You need at least 13 families to setup a site. Invoices are emailed annually and billed according to member levels at the time of the annual renewal. Our payment process is easy and straightforward. These fees are due when your free 60 day trial period expires and on annual renewal dates. If members join after the renewal date, they will be included in the following year's renewal. We know your membership fluctuates so feel free to have families join throughout the year. We bill for these new families at the next annual renewal.
For example: Homeschool Group B sets up a web site at Homeschool-Life.com. They have 100 families in their group. All the families register with their new web site; creating a secure on-line directory for use by the leaders and an instant email tool to stay in contact with each family via the web site. Homeschool Group B would receive an invoice for $650 for year 1. In year 2, Homeschool Group B only has 80 families and they would receive an invoice for $520.00. Homeschool Group B pays based on their membership levels. In year 3, group B had a swell of families join throughout the year. At the year 3 annual renewal, if Homeschool Group B had a membership of 150, they would be invoiced for $975.00.
Yes. We have a set maximum at 260 families. The maximum for a group of 260+ families is $1,690 annually.
Do you offer web sites for organizations that are not Homeschool Groups?
Yes. You would want to visit our sister site at www.service-life.com. All the same great tools that we have developed for Homeschool group leaders but now available for organizations and businesses.
Do you have an existing web site?
You can easily convert your existing web site into our service. With our web tools and easy setup of pages, transferring information from your old site to our service is a snap! If you run stuck, we show you how! This is a full featured, professional content management system which gives you the control over the entire web site. Minimal time commitment for those administrating the site! You can even have multiple people administrate different parts of the web site. Homeschool-Life.com accepts checks,money orders and PayPal. We work directly with the leadership to arrange payment. Invoices are emailed 30 days prior to the annual renewal date along with several friendly reminders.
