If you have never signed up for co-ops, please click here,Co-op Tutorial. It will show you a step-by-step process of how online registration is done.

Registration Process

The current "Co-op Schedule" will appear on the homepage/sidebar menu sometime after members have submitted their Teacher Forms. We don't know what classes we'll be offering each semester until all the forms are received.

After the co-op coordinator completes the schedule, members will be notified via the forum, and you will be able to visit our site and view the classes being offered.  You'll not be able to register at this time, but you will be able to read the details of each class.  There will be a grid with all the classes. Click on the class name of your choice, and a new window will open up with the details of the class.

We ask our members to please browse the entire schedule prior to the registration day. Read all the information on the age-appropriate classes for your children. Discuss the class commitment with your children and have an idea of what classes you would like to sign up for. Make backup choices, considering some classes could be filled by the time you are ready for registration.

Registration day and time:  This information will be posted on the calendar and on the co-op forum. This is when the schedule will open up, and you will be able to sign up for the classes.  Classes often fill up quickly. The registration window is in August and December.  Don't miss it!

Payment: All class fees must be paid in full via PayPal. The PayPal link will be available at all times during the class registration process. After signing up for all the desired classes, use the orange "Add to Cart or Register" link to pay for all your classes at the same time. Payment must be made immediately. You cannot hold the classes in your cart and pay later.  If payment is not made, your registration will be deleted and the spots will become available again for other families in the group.

Co-op Rules: Families participating in our co-op are asked to read the  Co-op Rules Form before signing up to participate. You will submit your agreement to these rules electronically. After you're done registering you can go to the sidebar "Co-op Rules" to submit it. This must be done prior to the first day of class, if not your child(ren) will not be allowed to participate in their classes until it's received.

Assistant Fill-in Duties:  General members will be required to help with filling in as assistants during the semester/year. When teachers or assistants can not be in class, general members will fill in based on a rotating schedule put together by the co-op director. These opportunities will present themselves either as a planned fill-in or as a last-minute need depending on the circumstances.

Teachers and Teacher Assistants: Because they dedicate their time and resources to the group, they get to register before the general members. *With the teacher's permission, teenagers are permitted to volunteer their time as assistants, for which they can acquire community service hours, leadership development skills, or even an internship, as the parent sees fit. However, this will not allow the family early access to registration for co-ops. Only parents can gain access to early registration for co-ops as an assistant.

Co-op Days: This information will be posted on the calendar.

Fee: There will be a cost for each class. Teachers charge an amount to only cover the cost of materials and supplies needed for their class. Teachers do not profit from their classes. Also, an additional fee will be added to each class to cover the cost of the facility and PayPal expenses. Typically it is $8 for the fall semester and $10 for the spring semester ($18 for yearlong). These fees vary depending on the # of classes offered but will be posted on the co-op forum prior to registration.

Any questions please contact one of the co-op directors.
