Middle School Soccer

The 2014 soccer season for FEAST’s middle school Patriots has come to an end. October included the full-day Cornerstone "Warrior Shootout" tournament, which began with a stunning win (1-0) against Cornerstone Christian School, followed by hard-fought, close losses to two of the best teams in the district:  KIPP Aspire and San Antonio Christian School.  The tournament showed just how far the team has come since its start, and featured standout goalie work by Nathaniel Gutierrez and Christian Brough, as well as superb defense by Miguel Ceron, Wyatt Travis, Lalo Madrid, and Martin Bello.  Rheanna Marsolf, Gabby Newell, and Walter VanAacken contributed top-flight service in the midfield.  Two goals each by Caleb Duron and Christian Brough have been highlights through season play that has included great contests with KIPP Camino, KIPP Aspire, Concordia Lutheran, St George Episcopal, and Cornerstone.  Our  athletes improved with every game and every practice!
