“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!” Psalm 133:1
As part of your football Fall registration fee, the FEAST program will provide all standard equipment and uniforms for your son to participate in the Fall. This equipment is the property of FEAST and represents investments by others previous to 2016 to purchase and maintain for use in the future. By participating in the football program you agree to receive this equipment and return it in good condition consistent with which you received it. This includes the need to regularly and properly clean the equipment and uniforms. If it is not maintained properly during or at the end of the season, a replacement fee will be assessed so the item can be replaced with a new item.
Fall Deposit – non refundable
$200 per player due by June 1st
Helmets - The football program needs to ensure that the primary equipment for safety is ready for your son. Helmets need to be sized and in proper condition. Helmet fitting will occur during Spring Camp and professional reconditioning will occur during June and July so that the helmet is ready for August practices and the Fall.
Jerseys - The football program needs to ensure that jerseys are available for your son and all players. The team needs both home and away jerseys. Jerseys may need to be ordered from season to season depending on jersey conditions and number of players on the team. As jerseys can cost $60-100, we do not want to order excess jerseys or have incorrect sizes. Many times there are 6 week lead times for new jerseys and we likely cannot get a match to an existing jersey style.
Why is a deposit required? The money for the helmets and jerseys is committed in May and June. In order to ensure your son has the equipment ready that he will need, we need to know your son is committed to the season and we have proper sizing of helmets and jerseys.
Why is it nonrefundable? Since the money is required to be spent in May/June the funds are not available for refund in the event a player is not able to participate in the Fall.
What if I cannot do the pre-registration fee & still want to play in the Fall? – Due to the limits of equipment and uniforms, if you do not pre-register and pay the $200 in full by June 1st then we cannot guarantee helmet and uniforms are available for your son at the beginning of the season. We will work as quickly as possible to get the helmet to fit your son and uniforms that fit and are in good condition. In most cases we are at the effect of the suppliers of the equipment and uniforms and it can take 4-6 weeks to receive the order after it is placed as August is the busiest time for the suppliers of football equipment and uniforms.
