Fellowship Friday
We meet every Friday for Fellowship Friday, an opportunity for fellowship
for the entire family. The primary goal is to provide a place where
parents and children can find encouragement in the Lord through
building relationships with one another. This includes...

 

Sister-to-Sister
Sister-to-Sister groups meet the 2nd & 4th Fridays of each month at 9:45
AM. Moms gather to get to know each other on a personal level in a
small group setting. In these groups, we plan field trips, pray for one
another, and develop friendships.

 

Resource Library
The Resource Library is available at Fellowship Fridays, and materials can
be checked out by CHET-SE members for four weeks at a time.

Annual Curriculum and Craft Fair

For those families who have used curriculum to sell, cottage industries, or own their own businesses.  The event is held in the spring each year.  Homeschoolers from all over southern Arizona come to buy and sell.

 

Physical Education
Physical Education is through Sports Kidz Arizona. They provide a weekly PE
program as well as running the Presidential Physical Fitness Challenge.

 

Jr. & Sr. High Youth
Jr. & Sr. High field trips and events are planned with youth needs and
interests in mind. We also offer a lot of support and fellowship for moms.

 

Jr. Kids Club
Kids K-5th grades have monthly field trips, visiting speakers,
craft activities, Kid's Night Out and Seasonal events.

 

CHET-SE Youth
Youth is for students in grades 6th-12th. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for these students to make friends with other students who home school. We have a Student Council who plan activities on a monthly basis. These activities include various parties, game nights, scavenger hunts, and planned outings. We also have a Jr. High Boys Club and a Jr. High Girls Club. We have a monthly newspaper to advertise our activities as well as a monthly parent meeting at the park on Fridays. Fellowship Friday will begin on September 10, 2010.  

Any cancellations due to wet fields will be posted on the home page and sent out as an e-mail to the group.  PLEASE check online before attending during bad weather AND if the area received heavy rain the night before.
