MEETINGS

MONTHLY MEETINGS
Each year, CHOOSE CT tries to schedule a number of monthly meetings that provide activites for our member families and their children. Each meeting is designed to focus on either the children themselves, the family as a unit, or the adults alone. Additionally, the first and last meetings of the year are organizational in nature, accomplishing administrative tasks such as planning and activity sign up. Held on the first Monday of the every month, these meetings are open to the public for observation only (participation is restricted to CHOOSE CT members). If a federal holiday falls on the first Monday of the month, the meeting moves to the second Monday. Meeting cancellations due to weather or extenuating circumstances are posted on the CHOOSE CT website.

SUPPORT MEETINGS
During the 2006-2007 academic year, CHOOSE CT will be adding several support meetings to their calendar. Held periodically on Thursday evenings, these meetings are open to all homeschoolers and cover a variety of topics in an open discussion format. As most of these meetings are held in member homes, please contact the CHOOSE CT Coordinator before attending to ensure a warm welcome. Any cancellation of these meetings due to weather or extenuating circumstances will be posted on the CHOOSE CT website.
