MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Oftentimes, the decision to join a homeschool support group, or any group for that matter, depends on the benefits that derive from participation. At CHOOSE CT, membership provides the following:
- access to the CHOOSE CT website
- a personal/family homepage on the CHOOSE CT website
- weekly e-mail updates, complete with calendar and information on upcoming events
- the opportunity to participate in both open and member-exclusive classes and activities
- membership in the CHOOSE CT Yahoogroups! e-loop
- individual, family, and student fellowship and support
- access to the CHOOSE CT Resource Library
...and much, much more.
MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
To join CHOOSE CT and remain a member in good standing, we ask that you perform the following tasks. Once these tasks are completed, your name will be added to our Yahoogroups e-loop.
- pay annual membership dues of $10.00 per family for the 2010-2011 academic year
- have at least one parent in your household sign the CHOOSE CT statement faith
- request membership (register) on the CHOOSE CT website
- make a dedicated commitment to attend our monthly meetings as consistently as possible***
To begin the membership process at any time, click the "Request Membership" link on the left side of this page. We look forward to serving you.
*Payable by September 30, 2010 for returning members. New members pay dues when joining.
**This document is kept on file indefinitely while the family remains actively involved in the group, as evidenced by continued payment of the annual membership dues. If a family leaves the group for any reason, their signed statement of faith remains on file for five years.
***It is through such regular, face-to-face contact that we can best nurture, support, and sustain each other and our homeschooling community. Dedicated attendance also serves to forge deep and long-lasting relationships for both parents and children.
