WHY JOIN EVCHE?
EVCHE is a Homeschooling Co-opEVCHE has always been distinctive in its structure in that we ask each member to take part in organizing events. By doing this, small teams of people can work together in their areas of interest and giftedness to provide first-class educational opportunities for our families. This is a reflection of the body of Christ – working together.
The changing landscape of HomeschoolingIn the course of the last few years, the culture of homeschooling has changed. Twenty years ago, there was only one homeschooling support group in the area. It needed to provide many events and services that were a part of the school year. Today, the homeschool community has multiplied many times over, along with the number of support groups, and so the choices of activities has exploded. EVCHE is trying to provide services and events that enhance the needs of today's homeschooling family.
