In order to join the HUGS group, you must first read and sign the Membership Guidelines. (available below or by clicking on the links to the left.)    These pages must be printed off and mailed to Jeannie Kottra along with your annual dues.  (Dues paid before September 1, 2009 are $15 per family.  Dues paid after September 1, 2009 are $25 per family.)   Members are not required to host or plan an event.   All that is required of members is for them to turn in a signed statement of faith, family info page and to pay dues.   But members are of course welcome to help out by serving the group in any number of ways. :)

Membership Guidelines

 

 

We respect and agree not to compromise the privacy of our homeschooling families. We will not release names or phone numbers of any HUGS member to outside sources, without the express permission of that member.

 

We agree to maintain appropriate discipline of our own children while involved in any group activity.

 

We understand that our organization is solely supported by its members. Therefore, we agree that members will take turns being involved in and helping to staff the different activities.

 

We understand that neither HUGS nor its members are liable for any injuries incurred during HUGS sponsored events.

Yearly membership dues are $15.00, payable to either HUGS Home School or Jeannie Kottra, when enrolling before September 1st, 2009. Membership dues are $25.00 when enrolling after September 1st, 2009.
