FHE is the statewide organization of homeschoolers in Missouri. The purpose of FHE is to protect the inalienable right of the parents of Missouri to teach their own children without state regulation and control. They do this through monitoring legislative events both nationally and locally, lobbying legislators on behalf of home ed., an annual rally at the capitol, Legislative Alert Network, etc. They also offer First Things First resource booklet, bulletins, etc. Membership—$10
