H.I.S. PATRIOTS

What is H.I.S. Patriots?

The FEAST Homeschoolers In Service (H.I.S.) Patriots is a teen volunteering service group. It was organized by Candy Marek and designed for teens ages 12–18. (Parents are always welcome) The purpose of this community support group is to teach our young people that there is a mission field waiting for them right outside their front door here in San Antonio. Our goal for these teens is for them to have healthy fellowship as they grow in Christ through service to those in need in our community.

Past H.I.S. Patriot projects have included:

San Antonio Food Bank; Daily Bread; Ronald McDonald House; Serving Food to the Needy Through M.A.N.N.A.; First Baptist Church Ministries; Elf Louise; FEAST of Sharing; Salvation Army; Hope Center; Special Olympics; Healy Murphy Center and more.

Watch the MANNA each month to find out what exciting volunteer project has been planned for the H.I.S. Patriots. Then go online with FEAST and RSVP so Mrs. Marek knows how many will be coming to volunteer. (The September Project is announced on the front page of this issue of MANNA.)
