Feedback Form

This Feedback form was created so that members and non-members could share their ideas, praises, issues or concerns of Encouragers Homeschool Group with the Director and Leadership Team.  

If you choose, this form can be filled out anonymously or you can include your name, it is up to you.

Note: If you are using this form to voice an issue or concern with another family or person that is a member of Encouragers Homeschool Group, we ask that before you fill out this form that you attempt to resolve the issue or concern directly with the person or family that has offended you by personally speaking to them.  

Encouragers Homeschool Group strongly believes in the biblical approach to dealing with issues and concerns and that each of us should be willing to offer mercy and grace to each other, just as Christ has done.

Once this feedback form has been received by the Director and the Leadership Team, we will ask if all measures have been taken to try and resolve this issue or concern directly with the person who has offended you or someone in your family. Please prayerfully consider how to handle your issue or concern before you submit this form.
