- To provide a support group for parents and others involved and/or interested in teaching their children and to encourage the high standard of educational excellence throughout all the membership.
- To provide an environment for our families to interact and participate in activities with other families who are in agreement with our Statement of Faith and have agreed to abide by the standards set forth in our Bylaws.
- To further the appreciation of home schooling in the community through education and media communication.

In order to join TACHE for the first time, you must first complete the New User or Member page. Then we can schedule an orientation to meet in person and discuss our Bylaws and any questions you might have. Orientations are usually held at 6:30 p.m. at The Scroll Christian Bookstore http://www.thescroll.org/ .
Our next Orientation for the 2009 - 2010 School Year is scheduled for February, 2010 at The Scroll Christian Bookstore.

After the Orientation, completion of the Membership Agreement (feel free to print and bring completed) and payment of dues ($25 per year: August 2009 through July 2010), you will be given access to the Members Only section of the web site.
