There is limited space each semester.  If you are interested in joining, please fill out the below application.  You will be put on a waiting list and contacted as space opens up.  DO NOT pay the $50 fee at the end of the application for the waiting list.  You will pay the $50 fee after we have contacted you as space opens up. 

There is a $50 membership registration fee per "school year" to join Branches. This fee will be taken through PayPal at the end of the registration process.  Unfortunately, we cannot offer a discount half-way through the year due to the high cost of insurance per family.
