Hearts at Home's annual membership fee is $40 (renewals begin every August).  This will be prorated to $20 starting on March 1st, 2015.

Please select your team preferences below, then click "Submit."  Below is a summary of the requirements for each team.  For more detailed information, please read the "Team Info/Requirements" document (the link is on the left).

Field Trips: Each member is responsible for planning/coordinating one field trip and being a backup or co-coordinator of another field trip.  The months and ideas will be assigned at the team meeting in September. 

Family Nights: Team members will develop, organize, and implement two main Family Night activities, as well as other smaller events throughout the year (e.g. bowling, hayrides, bbq’s and concerts). The December Family Night will include a pot luck dinner and a Christmas Party for the kids. The Family Night event in May will incorporate an end of the year celebration and fellowship. 

Service Projects: This team is designed for extending Christ's hand to those in need and teaching our children how to do this and what this looks like. This team will have 1 service project per month. Each member of this team will help set up and facilitate about 2 projects per year. You will be required to meet only once as a team at the beginning of the year. Or whenever the leader finds it best.

Educational Events:Team members will develop, organize, and implement one Educational Event activity per school month. This will include speaker days, presentation days & fairs. Speaker Days will be finding/ scheduling speakers to come speak to our group. Presentation Days will allow students to present orally. Possible fairs could include: Geography Fair, Science Fair, Biography Fair, History Fair, Talent Show, Spelling Bee, Bible Bee, or similar event. Dates/locations are TBD. Set-up and clean-up at events. Coordinate speakers, schedule and call/email participants  Produce event program and certificates/ribbons/awards as needed.

11 & Up: This team will plan a variety of weekly social and educational events.  Our goal is to provide opportunities to serve others, create a support network for the older students, and be educational and fun in nature. 

Hospitality: This team will be responsible for coffee nights and preparing for and setting up Mom’s Night Out meetings (typically the 4th Monday of each month), welcoming new members and arranging meals for families in need. You must be able to be at MNO to be apart of this team.
