Can we help you with...
What is a Home School?
A Home School is controlled by an individual family. Instruction is provided to one or more of the children of one family unit and is provided by the parent, guardian, or by an adult chosen by the parent or guardian including electronic forms of instruction.
Home Schools are not funded with government money and/or are not monitored by a brick and
mortar school or by a school district.
Home school families may choose to send their child to a local school for 1 or 2 classes per
semester, or choose to co-op with other families for part of their education; however, at least
51% of their education must come under the above description of Home School.
The state’s mandates for Wisconsin home school families are defined on the state-required
Department of Public Instruction form PI-1206.
RAHS is a Christian-based homeschool support group with many activities and opportunities to help you and your family.
It's all up to you!
Everyone in RAHS is encouraged
to share and participate at whatever level they feel comfortable.
RAHS is guided by Christian principles.
All may participate with the understanding that
Christian beliefs and principles determine the direction
and character of our group.
