This year's Used Book Sale will be a little different, but still awesome!
Date: Friday, June 18th, 2021
Time: 4 pm- 7 pm
Where: Parking Lot of Midland Reformed Church, 1100 N Saginaw Rd, Midland, MI 48640
Seller Cost: $3/table or $5/2 tables. Free for CHEMinistry members. Tables are limited and assigned on a 1st come/1st serve basis according to seller registration date. Limit of 2 tables.
As of 5/10, only round tables are available.
Deadline to register as a seller: Friday, May 14th, 2021. We will need a minimum of 10 sellers to have this sale.
Seller information:
Space will be marked in the parking lot with the seller name on the table(s). You will be responsible for the set-up of your materials, items sold, monies, and clean-up of your table(s). Tables will be provided, however, you will want to bring your own chair. You may bring an EZ-up type tent for shade if desired. As this is an outdoor sale, we will likely cancel by Noon if the forecast predicts bad weather.
Update 5/10/21: The current MDHHS order does not require people to wear masks at outdoor gatherings under 100 people.

Seller set-up: 2 pm - 4 pm, must arrive by 3 pm!
Seller Presale: 3:30 pm - 4 pm
Actual Sale: 4 pm – 7 pm
Seller Cleanup: 7 pm – 8 pm
What can you sell? Educational items, supplies, books, DVDs, games, manipulatives, etc. anything that will fit on a table or under it. There will also be a free table for those items you would like to bless other families with. Please keep these items "educational" as well.
