MHE has an annual membership of $15.00 that offers access to:  the secure member pages of the website, field trips, group classifieds, forums and family events. General membership in MHE is required in order to participate in Monday classes.

MHE holds classes on Mondays in the fall and spring for an opportunity for our children to have some fun in a group setting.

Co-op classes are offered for children ages 5 through teens for 10 weeks each semester.  There are nurseries available for children ages 0-4.  Classes run from 9:00-11:45am.  Co-op classes are run as a cooperative (co-op) meaning a parent/guardian MUST be present and assisting in classes at all times during the afternoon class time.

Class offerings change each year depending on what parents are willing to teach.

For the 2021-2022 school year we are waving the "family fee" that helps pay for insurance.  Class fees are per student and are determined based on costs associated with providing the classes offered. This year the class fee is $25 per student. Current class offerings and prices can be seen on the Classes Offered page.

Co-op classes are NOT set up as a 'drop-off' activity.  In order for classes to function effectively and safely for everyone, it is required that a parent/guardian is on site for each family and teaching and/or helping in the area(s) assigned to them.

If for some reason you need to leave the premises you must appoint a substitute mom who is willing to take care of any issues that may arise with your child/ren.  This must be communicated to the Class Coordinator.

Absolutely!  We have members that join MHE to have a connection to a homeschool support group, but don't attend Monday classes!  We look forward to seeing you at the family events and field trips!
