Q:

I have requested membership by filling out the form. When will my membership take effect?

A:

Your membership is waiting confirmation of payment. 

Please send a check made out to C.H.E.A.V. to: CHEAV, 43844 59TH STREET WEST
LANCASTER, CA 93536
. Your membership will be processed once payment is confirmed.  If you need to make other arrangements for payment, please send an email to cheav@cheav.org.

Q:

My membership has been paid, but I still cannot login to the website.

A:

In order to login, you must  fill out the online Request for Membership Form, CHEAV must receive payment, and  user name and password must be set up at the time of applying for membership. 

Once your online membership form and payment have been received,  you will receive an approval email allowing you to login. If you have not received an approval email, or if you have but still cannot login successfully, please send an email to cheav@CHEAV.org and you will be assisted.

Q:

For renewals, will I have to fill out the Membership form again?

A:

Only if your information has been deleted from the system, if not simply send a check made out to C.H.E.A.V. to: CHEAV, 43844 59TH STREET WEST LANCASTER, CA 93536. Your membership will be renewed once payment is confirmed.  If you need to make other arrangements for payment please send an email to cheav@cheav.org.
