Q:

I have requested membership by filling out the form. When will my membership take effect?

A:

Your membership is waiting confirmation of payment. 

Please send a check made out to C.H.E.A.V. to: CHEAV, 31437 INDIAN OAK RD
ACTON, CA 93510. Your membership will be completed once payment is confirmed. Please allow at least one week for us to process your payment. If you need to make other arrangements for payment or membership is very time sensitive, please send an email to cheav@cheav.org.

Q:

I paid my dues but I still cannot login to the website.

A:

In order to login you must have filled out the online Request for Membership Form, CHEAV must receive payment, and you need to have the user name and password you set up at the time of application for membership. 

Once we have received your online membership form and payment you will receive an approval email allowing you to log in. If you have not received an approval email or if you have but still cannot log in sucessfuly, please send an email to cheav@CHEAV.org and we will assist you.

Q:

I want to renew my membership. Must I fill out the Membership form again?

A:

No, you do not need to reapply for membership. Simply send a check made out to C.H.E.A.V. to: CHEAV, 31437 INDIAN OAK RD, ACTON, CA 93510. Your membership will be renewed once payment is confirmed. Please allow at least one week for us to process your payment. If you need to make other arrangements for payment please send an email to cheav@cheav.org.
