About HERI

HERI is a non-profit corporation organized for educational purposes to assist home educators and to promote the welfare of children in home, school, church and community in the Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia regions.  We currently serve almost 400 members in Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, Clay, Baker and Bradford counties.  Duval County alone has more than 7,000 registered homeschool students.

We are volunteer organization that operates under Christian principles and we reserve the right to pray before, during, and after any and all activities/meetings, in the name of Jesus Christ the Only Unique Son of Jehovah, God.

HERI reserves the right to invite or to refuse any exhibitor, company or speaker.


Exhibit with HERI

Please read this page in full, before registering for a Workshop or as an Exhibitor with HERI.

Below are detailed steps to exhibit:

  • Step 1 Review all information on this page.
  • Step 2 Complete the Exhibitor Registration Request and or Workshop Registration Request Form.
  • Step 3 Upon approval or denial or your request, you will be sent a confirmation or denial of your application request with further instruction for payment.
  • Step 4  Space is not reserved until payment is received.

2018 HERI Expo serves to assist, motivate, encourage and prepare homeschool families, all parents, students, churches, communities and expo attendees. Our convention serves not only homeschool families but any family wishing to strengthen their knowledge and gain assistance in raising their children and finding help in their faith’s apologetics, health and wellness.  During past conventions, we have served 350-500 attendees during the course of our two-day event.


Exhibit Hall Information

  1. VENDOR REGISTRATION includes:  one 8-foot table and two chairs



EXTRA TABLES cost $100 per each additional table 

ALL TABLES ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE AND THE NUMBER OF AVAILABLE VENDOR SPACE IS LIMITED. Exhibitor space is not assigned until payment is received in full.

  1. It is $65 to conduct a 50-minute seminar or workshop in a classroom.
  2. Exhibitor space can be limited to ensure quality and to avoid product duplication.
  3. To be included in the Expo Program, your application MUST be received by June 19, 2018 and registration PAID IN FULL.
  4. Check confirmation letter for times and details.
  5. Directions, food and lodging information will be available in your confirmation letter.
  6. If you are unable to attend our expo, you may wish to place information in our expo bags that will be given to every attendee.
  7. Venue restrictions:
  1. No signage affixed to walls or any other surfaces in any manner without specific written authorization by the Center
  2. No painting of signs or other materials in the Center
  3. No adhesive-backed (stick-on) items may be used or distributed in the Center
  4. No metallic/mylar confetti, sparkles, "glitter" etc. (including balloons)
  5. No lighter-than-air (helium, etc.) devices in the Center without prior written authorization by the Center
  6. No smoking or alcoholic beverages on the facilities
  7. No open flame (other than properly protected candles or cooking apparatus), flammable fluid or gas in the Center without a City Fire Permit.
  1. Exhibitors must exhibit the entire time the exhibit hall is open. No partial days or late arrivals will be accepted.
  2. HERI reserves the right to invite or refuse any exhibitor, company or speaker for any reason.

Friday,      July 20   10 am - 8 pm
Saturday, July 21    9 am - 5 pm

Booths should be operational and staffed during exhibit hours.
Set up is Thursday evening from 3-6pm or Friday morning from 8-9:30am



Some exhibitors would like the opportunity to share information about their products. Exhibitor workshops can be critical to many of our exhibiting businesses.

All workshop request will be required to give a description of the workshop.

  • Exhibitor fee to facilitate a 50-minute workshop is $65 per workshop
  • Non-exhibitor (if you are NOT participating as an exhibitor) fee to facilitate a 50-minute workshop is $100 per workshop

HERI will not provide projectors, computers or laptops for workshops.

Workshops are not reserved until full payment has been received.

HERI reserves the right to refuse a workshop and speaker.


Raffle or HERI Donations - Free program advertising 

Although some companies would like to attend our event, they are not able to do so.  If you would like to donate items to our EXPO raffle or HERI Lending library, you can do so and have your company’s name printed in our program under our raffle sponsors and a link to your company’s web URL.  If you are interested in this option, please complete a Raffle Donation Form.  Registration must occur prior to June 19 to be included in the program.  If your donation is received after May 31, HERI will send out an e-blast recognizing your company's product as a gift.
