CONVENTION 2019 WELCOME BAG INFORMATION

2019 HERI CONVENTION WELCOME BAG REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Evangel Temple, 5755 Ramona Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205

Friday, July 19th 10:00am-7:00pm
Saturday, July 20th 9:00am-4:00pm

Each year a bag is distributed to attendees at the HERI Expo. The bag contains advertising for companies so the attendees can go home and browse through additional information about your company. All items contain logos for the company they represent. Examples of items placed in goody bags in the past: pens, pencils, note pads, computer pads, sticky notes, flyers, book markers, business cards, brochures.

COST $50

- 200 Enclosures for Welcome Bags

- All Materials Must Arrive Securely Packaged by July 05, 2019

- Literature Must be Pre-Folded to an 8-1/2” X 11” Size or Smaller 

- No Refund will be Issued for Materials that do not Arrive in Time

All items must be securely packaged and clearly marked

A copy of the Bagging Registration must be included with the items. All payments must be received and processed by July 05, 2019, to have items included in the goody bags that will be distributed at the expo.

All items are dropped off at your own risk. HERI takes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items. No refunds for cancellations.
