Set up: 1- 1:30
Clean up: 4:00-4:30
Sellers agree to advertise/promote this event with other groups and at the end of the sale, assist in clean up.
Teen volunteers will be on hand in the children’s section for storytime on top of each hour. We do have wonderful and responsible teens, please note they are only asked to read to the children not look after them. Please plan accordingly and plan to pick up your children after 20 minutes. Thank you!
*Due to limited spacing it will be one table per seller
*Non BHE members will be allowed to sign up to sell after August 10th.
