A membership fee per family, per year, will be submitted as part of the registration process..
- The following schedule applies for submitting membership fees:
- Registrations received before June 1 are $95.00.
- Registrations received before July 1 are $105.00.
- NO RENEWALS OR NEW APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MIDNIGHT JULY 1.
- Checks are made payable to: CHAMPIONS for Christ.

Membership fees are used for the following purposes:
- Liability insurance
- Rent and utility expenses incurred by the hosting church
- Website expenses
- Special events food and decorations
Classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis; therefore, submitting paperwork in a timely manner is very important.
Complete Withdrawal / Complete Refund will be honored up through August 1st. After August 1st, the family membership fee is forfeited.
