Registration Deadlines

Fall PSEO Registration begins 8:00 a.m. on May 1

5-12th Grade Class Registration begins 8:00 a.m. first Wednesday in June

Spring PSEO Registration begins 8:00 a.m. on November 1

5-12th Grade General Registration: First Wednesday in June - August 15

Class Tuition Increase Begins:  August 16
($10 late fee per class)

Spring Semester Classes Only Tuition Increase Begins:  December 16
($10 late fee per class)


Cancellation Policy

5-12th Grade Registration up to August 15

  1. One time annual registration fee of $50 is non-refundable
  2. $25 fee per class dropped - Registrar will remove student/s from course upon request of family

5-12th Grade Registration August 16 through the First Day of Classes

  1. One time annual registration fee of $50 is non-refundable
  2. $80 non-refundable fee per class dropped - Registrar will remove student/s from course upon request of family

Withdrawing After Classes Begin

YEAR-LONG Classes:
For any registered student withdrawing from a year-long class within 24 hours after the second day of classes:

  1. Written notification to WEST is required (email is fine) [email protected]
  2. A refund check will be mailed for $50 - Registrar will remove student/s from course upon request of family [email protected]

Withdrawal later than 24 hours after the second day of classes requires no refund

  1. Written notification to WEST is required (email is fine) [email protected]
  2. Written notification to appropriate tutor is required (email is fine)

ONE SEMESTER ONLY Classes:
For any registered student withdrawing from a one semester class within 24 hours after the second day of classes:

  1. Written notification to WEST is required (email is fine) [email protected]
  2. A refund check will be mailed for $50 - Registrar will remove student/s from course upon request of family [email protected]

Withdrawal later than 24 hours after the second day of one semester classes only requires no refund

  1. Written notification to WEST is required (email is fine) [email protected]
  2. Written notification to appropriate tutor is required (email is fine)

Enrollment After Classes Begin
New students will be accepted if space is available and if the tutor approves.
