S.E.E.K. SNOW TUBING FAMILY FUN EVENT

Time: 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (arrive at 5:30 p.m. – meeting location TBD)
Place: Bear Creek Mountain Resort

Lehigh Valley, PA 18062
Cost: $15 per session per person (regularly $24) – tickets will be distributed at Bear Creek
WE NEED A MINIMUM OF 15 PARTCIPANTS TO QUALIFY FOR DISCOUNT
R.S.V.P.: Registration (sign-up sheet), release forms, and payments due ON or BEFORE Friday, Feb. 22 TO Jen Nash.
A registration sheet and release forms will be available on the information table. Tickets
will only be purchased for those who have registered, paid in full via check or cash, and
signed a release form for each participant.

Bear Creek’s snow tubing rules and regulations:
? Single-rider tubes only.
? Participants must be at least 6 years old and 42” tall.
? Each participant (or parent/guardian if under 18) must sign a release form.
