Children of the Kingdom Global Academy (CKGA)
Who May Register
When choosing to homeschool your children please take careful consideration of your
responsibilities. Below there are several questions for you to answer. Please read them
carefully and answer them to the best of your ability.
The CKGA Umbrella program was put in place to minister to families whether there
is a single parent, both parents and/or an extended family member are educating the
child(children). It is our prayer if at least one parent has accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord we can share this gospel truth with the children as well.
You are asked to read our Statement of Faith along with the other testaments of faith and
basically agree with them in order to participate in our program.
Year-Round Enrollment is required; however, families are allowed to register with our
umbrella mid-year, and they are required to still attend the New Family Orientation
Steps to Register for Review
- Complete the Registration Form
Please answer all questions to the best of your ability. Give thorough explanations where needed and additional paper may be used where necessary. Send your family application and fees ($150 through www.thehallsway2educate.com website labeled Umbrella/Oversight Registration fees.
- Must attend a New Family Orientation Seminar
Once we receive your completed registration form and non-refundable $50 family registration fee, we will contact you to schedule your New Family Orientation Seminar. Attendance by at least one parent is required for the registration process.
- You are not required to participate in HSCC/CKGA courses as a part of your review process.
- Attend at least 2 Portfolio Reviews
CKGA Review families are required by the COMAR State of Maryland homeschool regulations to attend at least 2 Portfolio Reviews each year at a designated location agreeable by CKGA Reviewers. This is part of the legal regulations we include in order to participate in our review process and by the CKGA homeschool office.
We will schedule meetings on an as needed basis. If needed remedial meetings will be required. There will be a $50 fee for all remedial meetings.

Additional fees will be charged as follows to cover administrative costs incurred.

Not responsible for cancellations due to inclement weather.
