Steps to Join
Steps for membership with BSACHE:
1. Read Statement of Faith form.
2. Read the BSACHE Code Of Conduct.
3. Read the BSACHE Bylaws.
4. Fill out this Prospective Member form.
5. Print, read, and fill out this General Release/Member Agreement form.
6. Contact Laura Lipham to set up an appointment for orientation. Please bring your completed General Release/Member agreement form and your $30 for dues. Please make checks payable to BSACHE.
