Treat people and property with courtesy and respect at all times. Parents are responsible for their children while involved in any event sponsored by CMH.

Substance Free Events:  All events planned under the umbrella of CMH will be free of alcohol and tobacco. Some locations for field trips or moms nights (amusement park, restaurant, etc.) might serve alcohol, but please refrain from drinking while attending as a CMH member.

Conflict Resolution: "If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over." - Matthew 18:15

Go to the person in private and discuss the problem with resolution in mind. If needed, please bring a mediator in to help you solve the conflict.

Dress Code for Students and Parents:  Please keep modesty in mind at all times. We are representing God, the military and homeschoolers.

Illness:  Any person who’s had one or more of the following symptoms in the past 24 hours will not be allowed to participate in a CMH activity:  Fever, runny nose that is not clear, and any contagious bacterium, virus or rash.

No-Show Policy for Field Trips/Events:  Some field trips & activities require a minimum or specific number of participants, these might be canceled if that number is not reached by a certain date. Not showing up can hurt group activities dependent on numbers! Many of our field trips and events are paid in advance and are non-refundable.

Insurance/Liability:  CMH does not carry insurance of any kind.  You are responsible for your own safety. It is expected that all members have their own Tricare policy in case of injuries. You will be liable for any damage by you or your children at our host location.

Communication:  Official CMH communication is done through email. You may not opt out! You will receive a weekly update notification and a notice any time there are any new additions or changes in the announcement forum. We have a Facebook page for communication and encouragement. We advertise our events and meetings on Facebook, but the official signups for events and field trips are done through the website. Many members have found the Facebook option an easier option to stay in touch, but some members may not have Facebook accounts, so please refer to the website for all sign ups and payments.
