The 2019 Parent In-service prepares home educators to serve God’s purposes for their children by His grace in profound hope.

Our esteemed speaker is Katherine Dang of the Philomath Foundation

Katherine Dang is an educator, homeschool consultant, conference speaker, historian and author.  She is a first generation Chinese American.  Born in San Francisco, California, she and her family have resided predominantly in the East Bay.  Since receiving her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1970, Kathrine Dang has been involved in alternative elementary and secondary classroom education as well as in school administration.  She is founder and president of Philomath Foundation (www.philomathfoundation.com), a non-profit organization, in which she serves the needs of parents and schools throughout America and in other nations of the world.

Pre-registration is required.  Registration fee is $25 per family, payable at the event.  Childcare and lunch are included.  Please bring lunch and snacks for attending children.
