Learn to make beautiful paper flowers!
Mikel, a talented professional florist, will teach your child(ren) AND you if you are interested, how to make beautiful, large paper flowers. Mikel will provide the paper, stems, stem tape, glue sticks and of course the patterns. Please plan to bring a glue gun (borrow one if you need to) We will be making flowers that measure almost 36" across! ( I think I have that right! They will be large.) We will be making an open rose, peony and/ or camellia flower. The time constraint will be the only thing that limits how many flowers you are able to finish. This is a class for parents and children. Ages 8 & up (unless you think your younger child will be able to do this) The children must be able to focus & have decent fine motor skills (or mom/dad be able to be there and help).
$20 first child
$15 second child
Third child or more $8 each
$20 per adult
"Some flowers are harder to make than others and I like to tailor my classes so each individual successfully completes the class and walks away feeling a sense of accomplishment.
