Field Trip: Fort Worth Stock Show
Join us for a field trip to the Fort Worth Stock Show

Admission is free for school groups attending the School Tour, which lasts about 2 hours. After that families are welcome to enjoy the Stock Show for the rest of the day.
The educational activities include:
- FFA Children’s Barnyard (#5 on School Days Guide/Map)
- Milking Parlor Demonstration (#7 on School Days Guide/Map)
- Mattress Firm Petting Zoo (#11 on School Days Guide/Map).
- Stock Show Classroom Event in the arena between Cattle Barns 2 and 3 (#9 on School Days Guide/Map).
FFA Tour Guides will be assigned to our group. Please stay with them and follow their directions to ensure a safe and educational tour for our students.
Each student should wear a nametag with student’s name, teacher’s name, and phone number. This is in case any of our children get separated from our group. Please bring some sticker nametags for your children.
After the Educational Activities, families can enjoy a sack lunch in the Round-Up Inn (#15 on School Days Guide/Map). Lunches may be stored there upon arrival. Please place lunch containers against the wall upon arrival, as seats and tables in the Round-Up Inn cannot be reserved. Food may also be purchased at the Stock Show.
Although there is no fee to enter, there IS a parking fee of $15 per car.
Private vehicles should enter the Orange Parking Lot from West Lancaster (#1 on School Days Guide/Map) and follow the route on the enclosed School Day Guide/Map. Private vehicle parking in the Orange Parking Lot (#3 on School Days Guide/Map) will be charged $15.00 per car.
