Classical fencing emphasizes the practice of the sword as an art, a science, and a recreational activity. Learn the basics of fencing with minimal rules and lots of play. You will learn at a comfortable pace and fence with others of all levels in a fun, safe, active environment.

Students should wear long jogging-type pants, a T-shirt, and tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle.

All fencing equipment is provided.

This full-year course will be open to new students for the Spring semester.

Minimum Student Date: Fri 1 Sep 2023 — This course will be cancelled if the minimum number of students have not registered by Sep 1.
Registration Cancellation Deadline: Fri 1 Sep 2023 — Registration cancellations must be made by Sep 1 to avoid paying tuition.
Payment Due Date: Sat 2 Sep 2023 — Please plan to pay your tuition for this course on Sep 2.
Registration Deadline: Thu 21 Sep 2023 — Late registrations will be accepted through Sep 21, if space is available. Tuition will be due immediately upon registration.
