Cahaba Academy, a church school, operates as a ministry of First Baptist Church Trussville and exists to support, strengthen, and connect homeschool families for God's glory.  We provide guidance, accountability, as well as validation and maintenance of academic records. We also provide opportunities for community through field trips, group activities, and fellowship/social events.

We have an online grade reporting and attendance system, provision of official transcripts, and verification of high school graduation for employment.

Registration requirements:

• Teaching parent must be home during school hours with the student.
• Interview with the administrator
• Signed Character Reference
• Signed Statement of Faith 
• Completed online registration form with $25 non-refundable registration fee
• Must be in good standing with previous school
