Consignors will receive 65% profit percentage of their sales. Capital Baptist Homeschool Support Group (CBHSG) will keep 35% of the total receipts and a $5 administrative fee from each consignor. These funds support the ongoing ministry to homeschool families.
Note: You can sign up HERE, volunteer for a three-hour shift, and earn a higher 75% profit return.
It is a consignor's responsibility to tag and clearly mark each item with a consignor number and price, according to the section on “How to Tag Your Items” in the Consignor Instructions document. Items not properly tagged or marked may not be sold or credited properly. Unsold color-tagged items will be placed in consignors' boxes for Saturday afternoon pick-up. Unsold white-tagged items will be donated.
Consignors may drop off items for sale on Thursday, May 16th between 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
Whereas CBHSG volunteers will try to assure that merchandise is not damaged during the set-up and sale, and that unsold items are returned to the proper consignor, neither CBHSG nor the Capital Baptist Church will assume any liability for the consignor’s items.
Each consignor must pick up any unsold color-tagged items on Saturday, May 18th from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Any items not picked up will become the property of CBHSG, and the consignor will be charged a $25 disposal fee. (1 required) |
