Membership

You must become a member to register for classes and get access to members-only areas of the website.  Membership Fee (formerly referred to as a Registration Fee) is $50 until June 1, and $65 after June 1 and is non-refundable.  Membership is limited to those families actively enrolled in classes at Providence.  Once classes start, any members without students enrolled in the program will be deleted to maintain the privacy of our families.

 

To request membership, use the "join" link at the top right of the website.  Once payment is made, your membership will be approved.  Payment can be made via Paypal by using the link provided, or by mailing a check payable to "Providence Fine Arts Center" to Michelle Schaefer, 1655 Canter Dr., Florissant MO 63033.

 

Membership fees are payable when the membership is requested.  Class fees are payable either by paying the balance in full or by making installment payments.  Paying the balance in full by August 1st saves you 5% off of your class fees.  For those making payments, the first payment is due on the first day of classes, August 18th.  The payment schedule is as follows:  First payment is 50% of total bill, 2nd and 3rd payments are 25% of total.  Payment dates:  Aug. 18, Sep. 15, Oct. 13; 2nd semester Jan. 5, Feb. 2, Mar. 2  (Late fee applies for payments not made on due dates).  Arrangements can be made for those needing to set up different payment due dates.
