Hundred Acre Books includes Kanga’s Catfé, which offers visits with adoptable cats, along with treats like smoothies, coffee, and tea from Minerva's.
Find your next read in the bookstore while you sip on a tea latte and then come cuddle with your new feline friends for an hour.
Visiting Kanga’s is a great place to unwind and relax, but you’re also helping socialize cats looking for their furever home, giving them a cage-free life while they wait to meet their person.
Come get chosen by your new cat. All the cats in the catfé are rescues who are adoptable through Forgotten Felines of Culpeper.
When you arrive for your reservation or if you’re a walk-in, head to the main desk and check in. You’ll pay in-store and need to fill out a waiver, so make sure you arrive on time.
For the health and safety of the cats, we ask that you do not feed the cats(lids are required inside the cat lounge).
Any food you order from Minerva's must be consumed in the dining room or seating inside the bookshop.
Remember to smile, because you’ll be on camera. We won’t use any footage of you without permission, it is only for the cats’ well-being.
